Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in person.
Physical cards are available if you'd like something to wrap or hand-deliver. Please reach out to Mon directly for any questions.

Purchase

  • A gift voucher to use towards any treatment at Restored with Mon.

    The recipient can choose the session that suits them, then apply the voucher at checkout when booking online.

    If the voucher value does not cover the full appointment, they can simply pay the difference.

  • Choose your own amount.

    Gift vouchers can be used toward any session of equal or greater value. Upgrades are welcome by paying the difference at the time of booking.

  • For the person who is carrying a lot.
    For someone pregnant or postpartum.
    For tired shoulders, busy minds, and bodies that need proper care.

    Also perfect when you want to give something meaningful, without guessing the exact treatment.

  • Vouchers are delivered instantly by email and can be forwarded to the recipient or printed.

    Redeem online when booking. Bookings are essential and availability can book out ahead, so planning early is recommended.

    Valid for three years from date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

    Using Your Voucher
    Vouchers can be used for any treatment of equal value. You are welcome to upgrade by paying the difference. Vouchers cannot be used in combination with promotional offers or discounts.

    E-Gift Vouchers
    E-gift vouchers are delivered by email with a link to a printable PDF. You can choose to send it directly to the recipient or to yourself for forwarding or printing.

    Lost or Misplaced Vouchers
    If your e-gift voucher has been lost, misplaced or stolen, please contact me with your email, tax receipt or original order number. If the voucher has not been redeemed, I will do my best to assist in retrieving it. Vouchers that have already been redeemed cannot be replaced.

    Non-Refundable
    Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or credit, or transferred into another voucher.

    How to Redeem

    To redeem your voucher, visit www.restoredwithmon.com.au and make a booking. Be sure to include your voucher code in the comments section when scheduling. Vouchers must be presented at or before your appointment to be applied.

    Split Payments
    If your treatment costs more than the remaining balance on your voucher, you can pay the difference using standard payment methods.

    Using Multiple Vouchers
    You are welcome to use more than one gift voucher for a single treatment.

    Email Delivery Timing
    E-gift vouchers are sent immediately after purchase. If you would like to delay delivery, select "Email to You" at checkout. You can then forward the voucher at your preferred time.

    Delivery Method
    After purchase, the voucher will be delivered by email in one of two ways:

    • To the recipient directly

    • To you, for printing or forwarding

    Promotional Offers
    Gift vouchers cannot be used with promotional pricing, special offers or discounts.

    Price Changes
    Vouchers purchased before 31 December 2024 will be honoured at the original treatment price, even if prices increase after that date. No gap payment will be required for those services.

    Voucher Use During Parental Leave
    As I am currently on parental leave, I am not offering appointments at this time. Your voucher will remain valid, and the expiry date will be extended to reflect the full length of my leave. This ensures you will have a fair window to book when I return.

    If I extend my leave beyond six months, your voucher expiry will be adjusted accordingly to reflect that full period.

    Appointment Availability
    All voucher bookings are subject to appointment availability. I encourage you to book early once I reopen, as peak periods do fill quickly. If you are having difficulty finding a time, please reach out and I will do my best to support you.

    Gift Voucher Flexibility
    Gift vouchers are a thoughtful and flexible option. The recipient can use their voucher for any treatment that suits them, including relaxation, remedial or pregnancy massage.
