About

About Mon

I'm Mon.

I work with bodies that are carrying a lot.

Pregnancy, postpartum, long workdays, caring for everyone else. The kind of load that builds quietly until your shoulders are at your ears and you can't quite remember the last time you took a full breath.

This is a space where some of that gets to be put down for a while.

Before training as a massage therapist, I spent years working in advocacy, housing, and homelessness support. I have a background in sociology and community services, and I've worked with people in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

That work changed how I understand people. It's why I care about creating a space that feels genuinely safe, not just professionally competent. It's why I pay attention to what's not being said as much as what is.

I carry that into every session.

How I work

Each session is guided by what your body needs on the day. Sometimes that's targeted, focused work on a specific area. Sometimes it's slower, fuller, and more about giving your nervous system space to settle.

I work with a lot of women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the years of parenthood that follow. I also see people navigating desk work, physical load, jaw tension, and the kind of general accumulation that comes from living a full life.

Many clients arrive holding tension they've been carrying for a long time. Most leave feeling softer, clearer, and more at ease in their bodies.

 That's what I'm here for.
